Shipping

EIDYLLIA ships worldwide.  All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and UPS and all international orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

EIDYLLIA shipping is no sign for delivery, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you require a signature at delivery, please email us at customerservice@eidyllia.com.

Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed.  You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order ships out.

Domestic: We offer complimentary ground shipping and returns from addresses within the U.S. Orders are packed and shipped out from our studio within 1-2 business days and take 4-6 business days to arrive.  Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.  Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Please email customerservice@eidyllia.com if you require expedited shipping. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

International: $35 flat fee on all international orders.  Orders are packed and shipped out from our studio within 1-2 business days and take 3-5 business days to arrive.  Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.  International customers are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of merchandise.  We are not responsible for customs delays and transit times provided by courier are not guaranteed. We work closely with the courier companies to minimize any delay in delivery.  

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to accept returns and refund on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. We kindly ask you to use original packaging

  • Items must be in their original condition— unused, unwashed or altered in any way, with labels and tags attached

  • Items must be free from makeup, creams, and perfume, so please be mindful of this when trying them on

     

If your return does not meet the conditions listed or is returned after the 14 days of delivery, the package will be sent back to you. Once your return is received and accepted, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed.   Your final refund amount will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. 

Domestic: We offer complimentary returns to addresses within the U.S. To start a return, email us at customerservice@eidyllia.com with your order number and reason for return; We will process your request and provide you with a return label.

International: We accept international returns, however, cost of shipment and tax, customs, and import duties associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost or damaged on its way back. Please use a tracked courier to ensure your return gets back safely. Please return your original item for a refund, and place a new order for your desired size and color.
